Shipping policy

INITIAL Kids do our best to process and ship your items as fast as possible. There is usually a 24hours processing time. If you have placed your order during the weekend, or on holiday, your order will be processed the following business day. (Please keep in mind we are a start up and delays in processing may occur. Contact us at: customercare@initialkids.com , if you need your items for a specific date and we will accommodate)


Transit times start from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

FOREIGN TAXES AND DUTIES

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country.
